Why eDesign Plan?

Our 30 minute eDesign Plan is a unique way to enlist the help of a professional Interior Designer if you are on a budget but still want a cohesive style. It is a way to decorate in stages - one room at a time at your own pace, or if you are a DIY-er at heart and enjoy managing your own design project. Our eDesign Plan is a great way to take advantage of working with our creative ERI team, for a fraction of the cost of our full service design projects. You get a comprehensive design plan that you can manage on your own.

We will give you everything you need to know to create a stunning result, including a furniture plan, color palette, a shopping list with direct links, and thorough instructions for making your home your favorite destination.

How it Works:

Our eDesign Plan works very much like regular design projects except for a few key things - Everything happens via email instead of face-to-face, so we never actually visit your home (unless you are local to our service area and opted for a site measure). All products for our eDesign Plan are available through online and local retailers, as opposed to the custom and trade-only options that we use for our full-service design projects.

What you Get:

Once we have all of this information we set to work on your project. Then, in 4-6 weeks, you will receive a personalized plan for creating an Ellie Redders Interiors inspired space. Here is what you can expect to receive:

  • Your very own private, personalized, password protected page in Mydoma Studio. A link will be emailed to you along with your password and instructions for full access. This page will include all drawings, documents, mood boards and photographs with the specifics for your design project.

  • The files you receive include a concept board, a floor-plan of your room, furniture placement drawn to scale, selections for furniture and larger accessories, elevations (per project) of important details for your space, window treatment design, an organized shopping guide complete with pricing, and thorough instructions on how to implement your design.

  • One revision is included and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your eDesign Plan. Any additional revisions will be charged our hourly fee of $150.

       How to Get Started:

  • Once we receive your payment, we will get the process started to your customized eDesign Plan.

  • We will email you within 3-5 business days the welcome packet which includes the eDesign Plan Agreement, Questionnaire, How to Take Before Photos and How to Measure Your Room Guide.

  • We then ask you to upload to Mydoma Studio any digital photos of the space or spaces that we will be working on as well as some exterior photos of your home, so that we fully understand the architectural style with which we are working.

  • Next, we will need accurate measurements of the space we are designing. We provide you with a step-by-step guide for measuring your space to ensure we have just what we need to get started.

  • We need an idea of the budget for the room's furnishings. You will have an opportunity to indicate this on the Questionnaire that you will fill out.

  • We will also need an idea of what you love and the feel you want to achieve in your space. We gain insight for this through the Questionnaire and inspiration photos that you collect from Pinterest and other sources. These images also need to be uploaded through Mydoma Studio.

  • We will send you a status email at least once per week with the progress until the final design is delivered to you. We will also respond to any questions or concerns you may have emailed to us in this weekly status email.

  • We will be happy to answer any emails up to 14 days after the final design has been delivered to you.
